This week we welcomed new SportsGrad Members (for the first time in 3 months)!

Here’s how the February intake went down.

Once a quarter, we open the door for new ‘Rookie’ Members to join the Community.

When doors open, you only have 48 hours to jump on board, or wait another 3 months.

9am on Tuesday rolled around, and…

30% of new members joined within the first hour 🔥

Once they landed in our online Community, they began to introduce themselves.

We welcomed people from Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Sydney, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, London, Netherlands, Abu Dhabi, and more!

In their intros, they talked about how they want to make an impact in sport.

Some of the areas mentioned were data analytics, media, graphic design, sports science, marketing, social media, operations, brand management, high performance, and events.

And then we got straight to (the fun) business…

That night we jumped into Speed Networking, where Members got to meet 10+ people in 60 minutes without leaving their house.

The best part? No cold DMs had to be sent.

(phew)

On Day 2, we had 22% of Members join in the last 4 hours.

We like to call them the ‘Last-Minute-Legends’

So what’s next?

In the coming weeks, there are Masterclasses, Job Fairs, Career Q&As, Speed Networking, and even coffee and run clubs!

In between, Members can check out the Resource Hub to watch over 60+ hours of content (like Netflix for the sports industry).

Our goal is to help everyone become a full-time professional in the sports industry.

And when they do (or maybe you’re already doing so), then there’s access to the ‘Pro’ Community - you can apply for Pro anytime!
